I would strongly recommend Clarke's. It's a beautiful place to eat and very good service. I know it's not south beach but if your ever in the Ft. Lauderdale area check out the Mai-Kai as well!!

I personally don't like south beach anymore...it's just the same ole thang to me. But if you really want to go somewhere  cool on south beach...there's Mangoes. Try going to Coconut Grove...there's some really nice bars and restaurants there. If you go up north to Ft. Lauderdale, there's a hot spot called Blue Martini...really nice bar and lounge. (it's my favorite)

Don't forget to visit the Hard Rock in Ft. Lauderdale...it's a nice vibe, trust me!

The Playright is a great spot in the middle of South Beach with a good vibe and mature crowd.
