Does anybody have any science experiments that I will be able to do in about 2 - 3 minutes. I need a good explanation. It can't be anything like mixing random chemicals together or mentos bombs or mini fireballs. It needs to be out of household items. I have to be able to take it to school and do it in front of the class.

So if anybody has any fun, easy and awsome experiments please post it. :)

  1. This experiment must be done outside.  This one is fun.  What you will need is an empty water bottle, baking soda, vinegar and a Kleenex tissue.  What you do is fill the water bottle up half way with vinegar, now put about 4 tablespoons of baking soda on the tissue and wrap it up, Stick the tissue slowly into the bottle to where it stay at the top, now close the lid, shake up the bottle untill it starts to expand, and toss it up high and have it land on the parking lot.  The result is fascenating it looks like a splash, but its sounds like a very loud "BANG!".  Afterwards just pick up the wet tissue and the shreded plastic and your done. :-)

  2. well you can try making a parachute using old hankerchief and then connect it to a action figure, or even a car. Then let the car go on a slope and see the parachute in action.

you can try making a home made ship. Get a piece of carton, take a fan out of any toy hair dryer, connect it to the board and you get a really cool boat.

    regards, and hope it helped.
