  1. Meet a good Periodontist ( specialist in gum diseases) in your locality who will evaluate the status of current infection, take relevant radiographs and also evaluate your general systemic condition and then come up with a good treatment plan. If you are 60plus or simply lazy about brushing your teeth daily, forget the above advise and get them pulled out and get on with your life.

  2. Please, more information needed- your age, area of teeth loosened-area of tooth extracted already  -  If you are an adult and your teeth are becoming loose on their own, the only cause could be periodontal disease for which you would need to see a periodontist for evaluation.  There are treatments and surgery and you have to be quite faithful in your diligence to follow the care they set up.  It is a tenacious disease once it gets a foothold.  All is not lost, there is hope.

    Good luck to you.
