Some details about volly ball game n rules?

You can play in the gym, or outside in the sand. I don't really know the rules to sand volleyball, but in a gym there are 6 people on a court at a time, starting at right back.

right back - Server

Middle back-Libaro, or defence, pipe hitter

Left back-Libero or defence

Left front- Usually outside hitter

Middle front- Middle blocker (depending on your leage setter)

right front-Setter (again depending on the league)

The point of the game is to get the ball over in a bump set spike. backrow usually get a bumb, then passes to the setter who will hopefully set up outside hitter, pipe hitter, or middle blocker to hit the ball over.

then while the ball is on the other side of the net, the blockers (1 or2 depending on caoch) will go up to the net hoping to block there hit.

and when the ball comes back over

repeat.

Theres 6 people on the court at a time. 3 front, 3 back.There is only 3 hits allowed when the ball gets passed over and on the 3rd hit the ball must be put back over the net and if its not then its automatically the other teams point. A player cannot hit a ball 2 times in a row, however if they hit in the 1st hit, then pass it to someone else then the person can pass it back to you and you can hit it over. Usally on a typical rally the serve is put to one of the back players. Who ever it goes to in the back usally puts it back up to the middle front with a bump, and then the middle Front hits it with a volley to set for either the person on the left or right to spike it over. If your volleying it over you have to be careful on how you do it because you can be called on your direction. You can also be called on lifting the ball which is if you dont use a bump of volley and you lift it. Then it is also automatically the other teams serve.The Rotations are everytime the serve comes back to you and you rotate to the left.

you can play inside on a basketball court or outside in the sand. youalways have 6 players on the court at once. the 3 players on backrow cannot spike the ball if they jump in front of the line thatis about 10ft behind the net. you have to stay in order untill the ball is hit then you can move anywhere you want to. one side of the court can only hit the ball 3 times each time the ball is on there side of the net. one person cannot hit the ball 2 times in a row. you cannot touch the net or go under the net. there are a few rules for you.
