Some files won't upload to my Motorola SLVR L7 with iTunes.?

Hi all,

I have a SLVR L7 with iTunes and for whatever reason, some of the files that I want to upload to the phone from iTunes (on an iMac) will simply not transfer over. Most of them will come over just fine, including anything I've bought from iTunes' store, but I've noticed the problem most often when trying to transfer podcasts. I haven't found any rhyme nor reason to this inconsistency... can anyone help out (or at least let me know WHY this is happening)?
