Some free horse racing tips I've come across online are stale. Any suggestions?

Have you ever heard the expression " you get what you pay for "? Why would you take " free " advice from a stranger and risk your hard earned money on it? If the person has to give his tips/advice away for free then his advice obviously isnt worth a lot ( zero to be in fact )

Stick to the journos and pros on TV who tip for a living.

My advice is to do your own handicapping and take the tips with a grain of salt.  Get a good book like  Education of a Horseplayer
