  1. a simple jog does alot not to much work just light jog easy to do burns alot.


  2. All these can be done with out with or without weights. Push up, Pull ups (wide and close grip if possible) Dips on a chair or something like a table to the the height to your knee. Squats, lunges standing calf raises.  

  3. Exercises that can be done while sitting at home are a military press(shoulders), concentration curls(biceps), tricep bombers(triceps), and the tibialis curl(lower leg). It is advised you stand to exercise because that is more effective.
