Some good restaurants that deliver in near Roslyn, NY? (Nassau County)?

Question

I'm looking for some good restaurants that deliver in/near Roslyn, NY (Nassau County, Long Island). Something that I've probably never heard of. I've heard of Pirandillo's, Atillios, Vincents, Golden Cove and yea that's pretty much it. Oh and I don't eat meat (I eat a little bit of fish) but it doesn't have to be a vegetarian restaurant. At least something with some choices for me.

Also, in Manhasset, there's a Whole Foods Market which usually has either a buffet, restaurant, or deli inside with lots of vegetarian options.

Gelatin is a product that's made from boiling animal bones, tendons, blood, and other connective tissues.  It's best to avoid foods that contain gelatin.  Some common foods that contain gelatin that you should watch out for:  Jello, pudding, sour cream, yogurt, and some mints and candies.

Animal shortening is basically lard or animal fat.  Vegetarians avoid items with this in them.

Gelatin may be replaced by a seaweed product called carageenan or agar-agar or just agar, if you really like jello desserts.
