Some gorilla glue had hardened in its container. If i boil it in a pot of water will the hard glue be plyable?

Nope, it's toast.  It has irreversibly chemically cured. Throw it out.

I have real problems storing Gorilla Glue. The best way I have found is let a top layer form and harden. When you intend to use the glue again, remove that layer and use the fresh stuff. Wasteful, but better than buying some every time you want an application.
