  1. It has been generally accepted that bottled water, in addition to be very bad for the environment, generally is not any better for you than city tap water. If you want, try a Brita or similar filter system and save a lot of money, as well as helping the environment immensely. If I told you it took a total of 15 gallons of water to make the average bottle of water would you believe me?
