Question:

Some help with my golf game?

Where should I start? Well lets see....I play for my high school golf team and I am extremely inconsistant. One day I will go out and shoot 5 Over and the next day I will be 15 or 16 Over. I can never seem to get it all together at once. Its mostly my driving(huge slice) and my irons which were great until today but now everything else is starting to fall apart too. I'm one of the better players on the team and I'm expected to play well so I need to keep it together so I don't let the team down.

Any tips are appreciated! Thanks!

  1. Take your club to a golf shop.

They may give you some useful advice.

  2. Refer some profession golf guide. On internet people dont give valuable information for free, there are tons of info available on internet but only some of them have practical approach. I do recommend you http://sb7.org/Golf-Beginner-Guide/

I do coach peoples from this guide. hope it will help you out.

  3. Yes, Fix Your Driving By Griping Lower 1 inch, And your Putts You Should Try Getting A Putting Machine You Hit the Ball In And it Shoots it Back Out..

Chipping You Might Wanna try Chipping In your Front Yard And make ur self a Hole.

Flops Are the same as chipping..^ ^ ^

And U should Be Good...Good Luck And Hope It Helped

  4. It sounds like you are starting to panic about your game. If you have shot 5 over once then obviously you are a good golfer to be able to do that over and over again. Try to think back to what you were working or or focusing on during the game you shot 5 over and work on that. Trust me it will work. Good Luck.

    Have a good one...

  5. the inconsistency is because of an inconsistent swing...remember that a swing with a driver and a swing with an 8 iron and a wedge shots are three different swings... here is a tip for the slice... roll your bottom hand to the right (for a right handed golfer) play it off your front foot more and release sooner

    hope this helps

  6. I cured my drives by choking down on the grip one inch, and tried to not over-swing.  Let the natural swing tempo come through.  Aim for the center of the fairway.  Let your lower body catch up with your arms, because right now your arms are getting through before your lower body, and you are leaving the face open.
