Camayd-Freixas said guilty pleas were obtained under duress, the defendants did not know what a Social Security number was and were not guilty of "intent" crimes, and there was inadequate access to lawyers. He said it was his opinion as an educator that the literacy level among most of the immigrants was poor.

  1. They are real good at playing dumb.

Unless they are signing up for FREE health care, welfare and other hand outs.

I have seen the same SS# over and over as I do background checks.

They can really s***w you up with the IRS!

  2. I don't know if they don't realize it's crime more than they just don't care. Even the Mexican government helps these illegals in many ways to enter the USA even though Mexico has very strict immigration laws themselves which they do enforce. Mexico's annual budget is constructed with the billions of dollars illegals send back to Mexico every day.

I also urge every American citizen to research La Raza, and the Reconquiesta movement. It must be stopped and NOW!!!

  3. I know they knew they were breaking the Law when they came here.If getting them on fraudulent use of a SSN is the only way to get them, that's fine by me. They knew they were breaking our laws, just because they didn't know about this particular law means nothing. After all, considering the general disregard they already show for US law,do you think they would have obeyed the law regarding Social Security Numbers if they had known? Of course not! Had they known the Law they still would have broken it,they're lawless people,it's what they do.

  4. This poor girl! Her SSN was sold to several different people. The IRS came after her to ask why she hadn't paid tax on income earned, but when they really looked at the records, they realized it was impossible for her to have worked at all those places, in different locations, on the same days and hours. What a mess.

  5. Possible but doubtful.  If you are willing to enter the country illegally, why would using a fake number be a problem?

  6. yea,right.. and i didn't know bank robbery was illegal either

  7. Using this turkey's interpretation of the law, I could rob a bank and then when I was caught, I could use as my defense that I did not know that it was against the law and therefore was not guilty! Bull $***!

  8. They may not exactly know what a ss # is but every single one of them knows:

They are in the US illegally.

That they need "papeles" or papers aka green card to work in the US.

They knowingly paid someone for fake documents, so they are guilty.  I don't see a need for immigration reforn, just the need to enforce the laws on the books.

  9. I don't buy it. They understand, they simply don't care that it's against the law.

  10. only guilty of defrauding the government, conspiracy to commit fraud and evading justice

  11. They understand plenty.  I don' t buy it.

    They understood

    a) how to enter the USA illegally

    b) that they needed to have these numbers

    c) how to get these numbers

    and

    d) (most of all) to lie and make up a BS story like this to try and get out of their continuing crime spree in the USA.

  12. Oh, please! They shouldn't even be here in the first place! And they sure knew that!

  13. A lot of them use a Tax ID number in place of a social security number.

  14. That is so funny!

They were smart enough to know they needed them to function in this society

    smart enough to obtain them

    smart enough to use them

and yet not smart enough to know they stole them.....

  15. Garbage. They don't have to know specifically what anything they have obtained is, that they know they need it to stay illegally in the country they entered in illegally is enough. Which is what they do know.

BTW How can we be waging a war on terror while allowing our southern border to be infiltrated so easily, then allowing those who infiltrated it to roam freely?

  16. It is not a crime. It is an offense

  17. Being ignorant about the law, does not make you exempt form it.
