Some info on FireFox 3, please help?

I have installed Firefox 3 on my computer and it is helping with the problem I was having. The problem is I need Adobe Flash Player and it seems that Firefox won't allow it to be installed. Is the right or am I doing something wrong? Is there another flash player that Firefox does allow? Any help would be great. I take surveys online and now it seems I can't without Adobe Flash.
