Some kind of Sexual Dysfunction?

Ok, well i was just wondering about this thing that happends to my boyfriend if we have s*x too much in close intervals. We only can do it twice in a row, then afterwards when he trys to come again he just cant. then what ends up happening is that he eventually looses his erection. Is this normal? Or something that should be checked out? Or is it me?
