Some kind of swelling in my vas deferens...?

For the past 3 days ive had these jolts of pain in my vas deferens connected to my left t******e. There seems to be a lump or something like that only on my left one right where the epididymis and vas deferens meet. The pain doesn't hurt bad its just like pinching but i feel it when i walk or jump or basically when i get some kind of vibration. yes, i did make my own little addition to this pic =]. this is where i can see a lump...... someone pls tell me what it is or could be! http://img156.imageshack.us/my.php?image=asdfasdfasdfasdfia3.png

by the way i'm 17 if that matters.

It could be anything. Consult with your doctor to get it checked out.
