Question

Whever I put on mascara and I blink some dots appear on my lower eye because it smudged onto there..is there any way to prevent that from happening?

cover were it happens when you put it on orr... wait till it drys and then blinkk.. :D

yes their is. your probley blinking too soon. usually after you apply mascara. you have to wait like 20 seconds or 10 scdons after.

  Put some powder on the section where it usually smudges before applying your mascara. It should absorb the oil your skin produces. Good luck!

when you apply, hold a tissue under your lower lashes. after application just blink a couple times and the excess will come off on the tissue.
