Some months ago the Yahoo stock message boards allowed you to search by user. No longer, why?

Now you can only search messages by your own user names in yahoo finance message board search. Before I could enter a users name to search. Why would yahoo REMOVE such a helpful feature?

Hello

You can still search by username, though it's not obvious how to do it.

Go to the Finance message board

Look to the right of the "Search" button and select "Advanced Search"

Type the username in the search box

Click the drop-down arrow on the search "In" and select "All Yahoo! Message Boards" and click the "Search" button

Messages attributed to the username (if any are found) will populate below your query
