Yes, you are a mixture of all of your ancestors, not just the ones from the countries that you mention and know of, but also all those ancestors in the far, far distant past, way back in the time that you do not know anything about and stretching over tens of thousands of years.

Actually, it does mean that you are mixed. If they were born that way, then you partially have some of that cultural blood in you, too. My great- grand-mom from my dad's side is from Canada. So I'm part Canadian. For instance, if your Mom is from Italy and your Dad is from Isreal, then your culture will be Italian and Jewish. Whatever your famly's culture is, that's your's too.

If your ancestors were born in these places, and married others there, that means their blood would have been mixed in with theirs. When your ancestors from Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain combined, they too, of course mixed their blood lines. You are an ecclectic mix of them all, so you are of mixed blood, and therefore mixed race (because race isn't just about skin colour). I'm English, Belgian and Swiss primarily. It's nice to find someone else with Belgian blood here!
