Question:

Some of the websites don't work after installing XP?

I just re-installed XP about a week ago and I didn't have much time to sit down and install all of the updates and programs that i need, until today.

I noticed that some of the websites don't work (e.g. MSN) and that when I download things, the notice bar doesn't appear and some buttons on other websites (I couldn't find the ask button on YA!)

What can I do to fix this problem? What programs do I need to install?

- Thanks, Bobby

  1. the only think I could think is the DRIVER.  Maybe you installed XP without installing the driver.  FIgure out the make and model of your computer/notebook and type it up on Yahoo/Google and download the drivers and install them.

For example, if you have a HP Compaq nc6400 you would type HP Compaq nc64000 driver on the search engine.  Then try to find the official website or something close to it to download the driver.  That should work.  if not, I would need more detail on your problems.  Good luck

  2. Probably java and flash player

    www.java.com/en/download/

    www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
