Some old guy called me "Cachetona" at the park???

Well this hasn't been the first time.A while ago 6 months this other man said "Cachetona" at this parking lot.But no one has ever said it to my face,cachetona as far as im concerned usually means chubby cheeks.But why would someone I don't even know scream that as Im walking away? It doesn't make any sense,and as far as I remember the old guy was pretty chunky.And the other man about 6 months ago was also fat.So its like a fat guy calling a girl fat.Thats stupid.Im from a latin community so this is a spanish word.I tried looking at myself and even though im thick and a little overweight why would someone call me cachetona.My face isn't fat,but it is rounded.Oh well maybe you guys have an explanation.Thanx

Fat people make fun of fat people too. People poke fun of other people's flaw even though it's in themselves too. Like.. people with contacts calling someone with glasses four-eyes. (i've never seen that happen but you get the point)
