Some one called my cell from 1119,1116,1124?

someone called me and just those 4 digit numbers came up as the number which was call-en. I don't know what to do about it each number called like 1/2 apart. Any one know who they are

Sometimes I get text messages from numbers like that.

Its always just my network provider wanting me to upgrade to a new service or something.
