Some one is interest in car racing, what he needs basically in the beginning?

I am 26 years old and I am so much interest in Car racing(rally) and I am so much crazy at high speed ,would you please tell me that where can I start basically in the beginning to rise my knowledge about this sport and which club is top in the world for car racing ?please give me some useful link

I agree with Laying Low- this needs to be in the car racing and motor sports section. You will get better answers there.
