Some one was driveing my car and hit it????

they hit someone else car. Will my insurance go up or the guy driving?

Cars are insured, not people.  Your insurance MAY go up but not necessarily.

Depends on whether or not the driver of your vehicle was legally liable for the accident.    If so, then both yours and the driver's insurance may increase.  You need to ask your agent.

Yours, your insuring your car not yourself. Civil court would also consider it your responsibility
