um except 13 you'll have to answer that one!

  3. Ha ha I love these questions :- |!

    1) The system of measurement used in almost all of science. It is a system based on measures of tens. Measures from the metric system include meters.

    2) Moon comes between sun and earth - Solar Eclipse (on New moon day)

    3) The affected area's winds weaken and sea temperatures become warmer

    4) Lise meitner, Jocelyn Bell Burnell, Rosalind Franklin

    5) matter is commonly defined as the substance of which physical objects are composed, not counting the contribution of various energy or force-fields..

    6) I have no idea...

    7) Mass, Substance, Physical Property ( Density, Solubility )

    8) Water in its liquid state. Without it, there would be no life as we know it...

    9) Blue is a high energy, short wavelength of light, so is more readily scattered than other wavelengths. Without the scattering of light you'd see black space and hard points of light from stars and probably have your retinas burned out by the sun. scary ey?

    10) They contain valuable mineral deposits that were formed in the arid environment or that were exposed by erosion.

    11) I have no idea what prefixes mean.. ha ha!

    12) I'm not sure either...

    13) I'm not sure on activities i guess that's pretty explanatory, but thinking outside of the box! Innovation. Being a scientist means you're the first to think up something new.

    Hope I helped!
