Some questions about T-shirt transfer paper...?

1.Should I iron it immediately after printing on the paper? or i should wait until the ink on the paper dry?

2.after ironing... should i wait until the paper gets cool? or i should remove the paper immediately after ironing?

3.is it necessary to wait until the plastic part of paper sticks on the t-shirt? or i can remove the paper a bit after ironing?

  1. You will have to check the actual product instructions to know for sure, but:

    1. It doesn't matter. The ind will be dry almost instantly.

    2. I have had better luck pulling it off immediately after ironing--while the transfer is still hot.

    3. Iron the whole thing at once. Don't do it in pieces. And then pull it all off at once.

    The transfer should come with instructions and then it is pretty easy. Remember, though, to invert your design before you print out the paper.


  2. The ink dries really fast (like in a minute) but make sure it is dry or it will smear.

    It doesn't matter if you wait till it cools, sometimes it is too hot to touch.

    Wait until it sticks to the shirt.  You can tell by pulling up a corner (just a little bit) to see if it is sticking.  If any part is still sticking to the paper, try to put it back down in the same position.

    If you want professional results use a heat press, which will take only a minute to tansfer the image.
