okay, so im going on a diet, and i personally thought at first that i should take it FEWER calories, but so many people have told me i should eat around 1500 a day? how does that work? i probably eat around 1000 on most days now....so why would i want to eat more if im trying to loose weight?
also, im a vegetarian. due to my love of animals, but someone told me i should stop being a vegetarian if i want to see the age of 50....but i wont cause i love animals...but is that true? is being a vegetarian bad for you? how can you make it healthy?
