  1. I personally love Magic kingdom, and I think it is very fun, but if it is only for one day you might consider getting park hopper tickets so you can go to different parks as each has thrilling rides. The ones I think 13 year olds would enjoy the most are:

Magic kingdom-splash mountain (my fave), big thunder montain(long line), space mountain(long line),

epcot-mission space, test ride, sorin (long line)

mgm-tower of terror, rocka nd roll rollercoaster(long line)

    animal kingdom-everest(long line)

for long lines you can use the fast pass, which works well.

    go to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/ind... for more

    good luck:)

  2. I don't think it's a good choice for you. The Magic Kingdom isn't a thrill ride park. Disney specializes in theming and immersing you in the experience, not on thrills. They have a few coasters (Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain) and a flume ride (Splash Mountain), but that's about it for thrill rides. The top speeds for each are around 30 mph. The lines for each will be long at this time of year (1.5 hours), and they will be some of the longest. There are many great rides at MK (Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion), but they are aimed at families, not thrill seekers.

  3. yes

    Done 3 field trip myself

    book it www.ytbtravel.com/jenwood

  4. Have you ever been to regular Disneyland?

    Magic Kingdom is the same.

The BESTrides there Thunder Mountain&SPACE MOUNTAIN!!!- I LOVE those rides!!

    and I recommend those first

(the front is the best place to sit allways)

I'm not to fond of Splash Mountain because I got stuck on that ride for about a half an hour and we were just sitting in our boats listening to country singing bears and bunnies... not fun.

The ride with the longest line is Pirates of the Caribbean, be prepared for an hours wait.

BUT at night, when its sort of close to closing time, the lines get much faster..

It really all depends on how you like your rollercoasters...if you dont mind only having about three fastish rides then your all good...  but its still fun nonetheless :)

  5. Space mountain (front),  Splash mountain (front right corner gets most wet)

Popularity (my opinion I dont know if this is a order)

splash mountain, space mountain, haunted mansion, pariates of the caribean, thunder mountain.

Pirates of the caribean and splash mountain have londg lines. Also small world but if your looking for thrill rides thats not one for you

Space mountain, Splash mountain, and big thunder Mountain Railroad.

Magic Kingdom is a great park but more enjoyable for those who are there for the disney experience for thrills I would go to Hollywood Studios(tower of terror, rockin roller coaster)

  6. I enjoyed the log ride and the roaring rapids

  7. I like the "Old Timey Cars"

  8. what are good ride orders for riding and where should i sit?

    - I personally love Splash Mountain and Space Mountain.  But this is just in Magic Kingdom.  Get a park hopper option and go to all of the parks =)

what are the most popular rides from greatest to least.

-Defiantley Splash Mount, Space, Thunder, PoC, Dumbo, 7 Dwarves, so and so forth

what rides are the longest line.

-This all depends when you get in line,  Space mountain and Splash are the longest at 1 hour and 30+ minutes.  But if you go during a not so hot day and during parade times,  the lines are extremely short.

what are the most thrilling rides.

    -Splash and Space

do you think magic kingdom is a good place to do field trip for a thrill seeking 13 year old with his friends?

-As a timeshare owner, An avid Disney Vacationer, 18 year old,  25+ visits,  I recomend Disney =)

Though,  The answers for the rides were based on the Magic Kingdom as you asked.  I highly suggest you also ride these rides:  Mount Everest(get there early,  park opening time),  Rockin Rollar Coaster, Tower of Terror,  Rapids at Animal Kingdom,  Safaria at Animal Kingdom,  Soarin at Epcot,  Test Track at Epcot, and many more.

    Toodles =)

  9. I have had more fun taking my teenagers to WDW than when they were young.

You might consider going to Disney Hollywood Studio (formally MGM) They have Aerosmith rollarcoaster, Tower of Terror and Star Wars.

Last year at the Magic Kingdom we went to the Pirate and Princess party. It was a blast. I was surprised at how many guys where there all dressed up as pirates. There were even groups of college guys there getting into the spirit of things.

The park closes and you have to have a special pass (that costs extra) to ride any attraction. The lines are so much shorter and there is special entertainment through out the park. My 16 year olds loved it. Well worth the money. Look on the web site or call Disney for the dates in "08.
