  1. 1.) Your goblins will get +4/+4 and your elementals will get +4/+4 and your Mauler will get +8/+8.  Now if say your goblin is a Goblin Shaman and you have an elemental shaman, they will give each other +1/+1 too.  Basically, here are the official rules for Coat of Arms.

10/4/2004 If a creature in play has more than one creature type, and one of those types matches the creature you are calculating for, then count this creature. Only one type needs to match in order to get counted.

10/4/2004 If you have a creature with more than one creature type, and another creature matches more than one creature type, you only count that creature once. You do not double count it because it has a double match.

10/4/2004 If you have a creature with more than one creature type, count all creatures which have either creature type.

2.)  Only you would get the benefit of Wild Pair.  You get to search your library and that's it.  Your opponent cannot search your library for you or (s)he cannot search their library for a creature.  Again, here are the official rules.

2/1/2007 If you play a 2/2 Grizzly Bears, for example, you may then search for any creature with total power and toughness 4. It can be 0/4, 1/3, 2/2, or 3/1.

2/1/2007 The game checks the power and toughness of the creature that just came into play as it exists in play. That might mean it's impossible to get another copy of that same card. For example, a Triskelion in play is 4/4, but a Triskelion in your library is 1/1. The power and toughness might also have been affected while the triggered ability was on the stack (such as with Giant Growth, Sudden Death, or Ovinize).

2/1/2007 If the creature that came into play has left play by the time the ability resolves, use the power and toughness of that creature as it last appeared before leaving play.

2/1/2007 If the total power and toughness of the creature that came into play is less than 0 (due to Bewilder or Sudden Death, for example), it is treated as 0 by Wild Pair. For example, if a creature was -2/1, you could search for a creature with total power and toughness of 0. If either the power or toughness is less than 0, but the total is greater than 0, use the actual total. For example, if the creature is -1/3, you could search for a creature with total power and toughness of 2.
