  2. It is not wrong. It is much more logical than saying some god was always here. You cannot really explain anything by saying, "God did it...Yahweh did it...Allah did it...Hanuman did it...Ma Lo Wong did it...Enlil did it...etc., etc.!

  3. It is wrong in that ever thing has a beginning and an end.

  4. It intuitively makes as little sense to me as saying a God was always there. While the Big Bang is placed roughly 13.7 billion years ago, the universe could conceivably be in an infinite recursion cycle of Bang -> Crunch -> Bang, etc. There may be a 'multiverse' that consists of infinitely many universes, but then where did that come from? It's not an easy question that is suitably addressable.
