What are some sites that have GOOD coupons where you don't have to do a whole bunch of signing up c**p to get them? Or maybe some coupon magazines that are mailed out like PennySaver or get1free?

It's best to get printable coupons that you can get over the internet that is accepted in any department store or grocery store.  The site has Buy One Get One (BOGO) items and discount coupons too.
