Some sort of liquid being extracted from my nipples?

During I guess "foreplay" my boyfriend has been um . . . biting/sucking on my nipples and he claims that a liquid is coming out almost every time. He says it is definitely not blood and I am certainly not pregnant, so it couldn't be any sort of lactation . . . is there something else this liquid could be? If so, what do you think?

during some times of the month, and especially with regular attention to your nipples you may produce some fluid in the milk ducts
