Some strange old woman is calling me up for 24/7 every f... day making nuisance comments out of the moon.?

Where can i compain, or how can i stop it?

ps. i got cheap phone , that doesn't recognize nrs.

Try calling the phone company and see what can be done about it.  If you try forwarding your calls, there she be.  This may sound looney, but I would fake my voice or get a woman (Room mate)  to answer in a breath taking voice, and she can tell the old woman you're out of town.  Try it a couple times, and see if she will just give up.

is it landline? if so call ur landline company eg talktalk.......bt and they can give u a barring number...................if it is a mobile then call ur network up and get the number blocked.......if al else fails go to the police...they should b able to trace the calls!! good luck x

This happened to me. I reported it to BT. They gave me a special number, which you dial after the person makes a call and it bars any further nuisance calls from that number.
