if you are talking about the pro tour, i am sure the player who damaged the property will get a bill for it.

the public court, i wish there is a way to get the perpetrators and get them to pay for the damage under the law.

  2. They probably will get fined too.

  3. Probably the player who damaged the court himself/herself.

  4. well when tennis players play on clay courts, it always leaves marks from running across the court and such.

they have funds for court repair, we pay when we rent courts or use their property.

the owner's ususally have someone hired to clean up after the players if they are decent players. but if you are a player and you just take lessons, the instructers will either clean it up or they will show you the tools. kids would find it ammusing anyways.

but if you were profesional, like andy rodik, people would pay to clean your court ;]
