im going 2 Jamaica July.25! im soo excited..my mom says it the chance of a lifetimee!

if you've been 2 Jamaica tell me want 2 see and look forward tooooo!

hmmm... I have never been to Jamaica, but I am a big Bob Marley fan and I know a bit about the place:

go to Port Royal. there is a cool fort there.

get some Jerk Chicken from the city of kingston, I here its more autheintic then the stuff by the resurts.

go into the mountians there! There bautiful, nothink like the rest of jamaica. I beleive its called teh Blue Moutains. They look awesome!!!

Jamiaca is much safer than it used to be. they have cleaned up much of kingston and its a lot safer.

Dunns River Falls - Beautiful water fall and beach all in one. Very famous and fun !

Dolphin Cove - Swin with dolphins and get to see and play with exotic animals like iguanaus, lizards..etc.

Hooves - Go horse back riding in the water.

Rick's Cafe - Enjoy a nice delicious meal at Rick's Cafe then there's a cliff you can dive off into the beautiful water. ( Don't worry it's very safe. Your not diving into the sea your diving into water parted away from the sea. )

Check all the websites that give info on Jamaica..Hopefully you will be staying in Ocho Rios...and visiting all over.....don't forget the curry goat ...oxtail..rice and peas...jerk pork...ackee and saltfish red pea soup..Johnny cakes...and read the Jamaica Gleaner on line daily to learn about Jamaica...

*gojamaica(the premier site for culture etc) will give you lots of information about Jamaica.

There is a bus like Greyhound that is very reasonable $25 from Montego Bay to /or from Kingston going through Ocho Rios.....

**I WOULD NOT ADVISE YOU TO DRIVE IN JAMAICA.

I'm a Jamaican, but they drive CRAZY there.

hmmm the weather and beaches are awsome, some of the cities are kinda dirty and dangerous but youll be fine soooo many tourists, not that many  touristy atrractions,  ummmm dunns river falls,  ( waterfall- pretty self expanitory) tonnes of bob marley stuff ( it ruined it for me- its been 2 years and I still cant listen to him anymore) go to the appletonne factory  its the best rum and after the tour its an open bar, just walking around poking through shops is also cool, the food is pretty good, other than that get wasted and sunburnt! have fun

major attractions: Port Royal, Dunns River Falls, Margaritaville, Kool Runnings Water Park, there are a lot of historic places which u could visit and many great restaurants and u caoming at the time when negril is at its liveliest  because there is a party weekend coming up. the beaches are wonderful and safe. there is a lot to do when u visit.
