  2. I beg to differ. I go against what everyone says.  Go over the material again.  You may not know it now, but in 1hr you might if you keep studying it.  You don't NEED 8 or 9 hrs of sleep.  When I took my AP Chemistry, I had had like 5hrs of sleep.  Oh yeah, I got a 5!  If you're talking about RIGHT before you take an exam, just remind yourself, that you're prepared and it's only an exam.  If you don't get into Harvard, or whatever your dream college is, it's not the end of the world, just the beginning of a new, probably less stressful one.  A good college doesn't always lead to success.  Didn't you hear about the MIT graduate who was laid off and couldn't find a job, and was reduced to holding a cardboard sign in Times Square?

  3. Herbal tea and take a bath a hour before with bath salts and listen to some calming music. Good Luck with your exam.

  4. get lots of sleep instead of going over stuff you already know.
