I need help on my running technique. Any training methods to help fix my 100 metre sprint action, like the leg actions and to stop hand motion going across my body a bit. I want a nice and fluent running style, please help.

Practice,  Practice, Practice, arm motion should be straight avoid side to side  across the body motion, high knee lift this will help your stride to reach out more, hand loose, head straight breathing technique are every important, mix up your training routine some days speed training, other days technique training, and even some weight training, buy a book on running  technique, stretch, warm up and cool down  very important
