Is this objectionable in a.) ammeter circuits b.) voltmeter circuits. Why?

  1. The meters are likely calibrated such that internal impedances do not adversely affect the meter's indications.


  2. you will only find these fuses in voltmeter circuits. They are designed to trip at very low currents, which is why the resistance is high.

    They would not be used in ammeter circuits.
