i live in the northeast and i was wondering if you text a verizon customer in massachusetts will it be free? I have unlimited texting verizon to verizon. Also, if you buy vzw navigator for 9.99 does it cost 9.99 everytime you use it?

  1. idk about the navigation thing... but if you have texting on your plan then yes you will have a set number of texts (ie 5000) for people outside of verizon and then UNLIMITED to all other verizon.  so yes where ever they are, it will be free.. but if you do NOT have texting on your plan at all then NO it is not free and will cost you like 15 cents to send and recieve and like 50 cents for picture messages...
