  1. Sounds like parental controls.

  2. It is your browser problem (mostly internet explorer has errors in loading recently updated sites on net).to solve your problem

go to this site and download

    firefox 3.0

    www.firefox.com

    or

    download

    netscape navigator

they work perfectly. I had your kind of problem but now mozilla firefox works perfectly well for me,

It has a virus protection scanner when you are about to download which makes your PC more secure.

It mozilla fails to load pages,

    perform disk clean up

update your antivirus and perform full search.

Your internet connection provider might also be fixing bugs on their server, thereby making you not to see loaded page of site and it normally depends on the server of the site you are opening, if it's far from your destination and provider.

Weather conditions can cause that too.

When it rains in my zone, i have problems in reaching some sites.

But i emphasize on you using a different browser (firefox 3.0).

It might solve your problem 96% or than you think.

    Hope this works

  3. Are you getting an error message? I kept getting an error message about security certificates on websites I was trying to pull up and come to find out it was because my computer's date was set to 2009 so they were all showing expired security certificates. If that's what's going on with you, check your date and time on computer.

  4. Check the Proxy Server and the Software provided by the ISP.

  5. it might because there computer is faster or newer then yours

(my computer sucks the loading is all slow on my computer)

  6. not sure why that is happening but make sure that parental controls isn't blocking you...and please give some examples of the websites you are referring too...

  7. You might want to get in touch with the provider that your computer works off of.  And ask them what the problem is.  It might be there cable problem or it just might be your computer.
