i don't know if this is what you're looking for, but give it a shot anyway...  i chanced upon this site while looking for free wallpaper and ring-tone downloads on my blackberry pearl 8100 -  http://wap.mobango.com  - if that doesn't get you there, just try Mobango in your search engine and see what comes up... they seem to have a mixed-bag of stuff, both hindi and western (and i've found some prertty neat stuff there)  good luck!
