Do not give your personal identification to any stranger, especially from Senegal, it a scam, you will repent later on, be careful, lot of frauds are going on from Senegal and Nigeria, these people claim to be refugees and cheat people after getting there identity

I think it is very likely a scam.  Once they get your driver's license, they'll know your address, date of birth, and (in some states) your social security number.  They'll apply for credit in your name, run up the balance and leave you holding the bag.

There's probably a benefit to you- either financial or emotional. You'll either split a huge chunk of money you didn't earn or you'll be saving your Christian soul by helping poor orphans.

Don't do it.
