Somebody keeps calling me at 1 in the morning how do I find out who they are?

They withhold their number so I dont know who they are. How can I find out who they are and possibly where the call is coming from?

Just be happy someone cares enough to f**k with you. Wires is right again, report it if its a problem. Big Bro knows every call made here in the states to any other number here in the states. All calls are identified in our national system today. They are tagged already, but realize you may feel an emptiness when the phone no longer rings.... teasing.

Call the police, even if you dont care to much. Just get em charged for harrassment.

Call *69 after they call and it will tell you their number...provided that they don't block it. Or just unplug your phone at night and plug it back in when you get up in the morning...good luck!

If somebody kept calling me at 1:00 am I'd file a harassment complaint with both the phone company and police department.  The phone company can find out whose calling you.  You can get that number blocked or press charges against the person doing it.  

You should be able to have your phone company block all number withheld calls to your phone.  The person then has to enter a code to display their number ID on your phone so the call will go through.  Personally, if somebody wants their number withheld from me I don't think they want to talk to me.
