my percent body fat is 10.8

is that bad?

  1. Why is this in women's health? Are you male or female? I'm assuming female. It's not a bad thing, it just means you don't have alot of fat on you. My percentage is..19.6% I think? That's average.

Yes.  You need a lot MORE!  You are at a point that if you loose any more body fat your body won't be able to sustain itself very well.  The next step is amenorrhea which is when a women stops ovulating.   You need to stop working off body fat and go talk to a nutritionist immediately.  A woman should have more body fat than that.  Anyway who's only in the "essential" category is told to bulk up a bit.  Check this site: http://www.healthchecksystems.com/bodyfa...

    so im average, considering i dont have any muscle.

    you could jsut be more muscle.

    or if your underweight, then yes it is bad.
