I saw a similar (probably the same) picture but It was from Cape Romain South Carolina.  A picture taken form the air?

This site says it's a real picture, but not from Conroe, Texas.  It's variously identified as from Lake Conroe, Cross Lake, Lake George, and Lake Murray.  The second one says it's real and is using it to sell real estate.  There are a number of alligator parks in the area, but you probably know that.
