That's not always the case there happens to be many responsible married couples that wont dare think about welfare, And furthermore where I live welfare handout are next to nill. Only food stamps at best. Maybe you want food stamps eliminated. I believe the majority of people that plan a family do not conceive on the basis of a free public ride!   But you Conservatives don't want to talk about your tax cuts for the wealthy and cooperate welfare. 2. Their medical if the parents don't have good coverage.

3. They may get free child care from a state preschool.

4. They may be eligible for food stamps, which tax payers provide.
