Somebody know the Honey Island in Brazil ?

Don't know anything about Honey Island.It may be one of the lesser know isles of the thousands along the coast. There is an area south of Rio known as Mil Isles and that may be where it is located.Most are uninhabited and a number are excursion stops for the numerous boat tours that cruise that area,that is located in the Cabo Frio and Buxous area.

No i dont know about the Honey Island in Brazil, but know Ipanema, probably one of the best in the world.  Brazil is a big country, great, good people but you have to be carefull, crime rate is high

I never been there but this is what I know.  Honey Island is called Ilha do Mel in Portuguese.  It is located in the state of Parana.
