Question:

Somehow Yahoo's "Search" page is now my default home page. How can I fix it so Y's "Home" is my default home?

I was goofing around with my Windows XP's "control panel" displays (themes, fonts, etc.) recently and--I have no clue how--but now when I initially click on my Mozilla browser, Yahoo's "search" ("Sorry, we couldn't find your URL...") page appears for about 10 seconds before I get my normal Yahoo "home" page..I'm appealing to more experienced users to help me fix it. Thanks, in advance.

  1. Go into your Control Panel and click on "Internet Properties".  On the General tab, you will see the bar to put in the address of your desired home page, www.yahoo.com. Just type it in and click "apply" and you'll be all set. Good luck and happy computing.
