Somehow my email address it directly linked to someone else. My mail goes to a group and its note mine!?

I belong to several yahoo soaping groups. People who email me, get another persons address! I am not a moderator, just a member and now my private emails are showing up in public and POSTED to a group. This is private info I get and I can't afford to have that made public. How can my email link with another?

The only thing I can think of to suggest is to check the e-mail address you have associated with this (or these) Yahoo Group(s).  Do so by going to http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups , finding the Group(s) in question on the left-hand side of that page, then scanning to the right on that line and checking the e-mail address listed in the Email Address column.  Make sure there are no typos or any other misspellings.  If you need to change the e-mail address associated with a Group, then click on Edit My Groups near the upper-left of that page, find the same Group in the left-hand column of the resulting page, and change the Email Address on that line by using the drop-down menu.  If you do such a change, don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done.

If your true e-mail address is not in that drop-down menu, then go to http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs and click on Add Email Address near the upper-left-hand corner of that page.  Then follow the directions on the resulting page.
