Somehow my ssi check got lost thru mail?homelees next!what to do?

my whole monthly ammount of money besides 140 from adc is gone!my electric,water,and cable and internet will be shut off all are overdue!wow im scared!tell me what to do!i have a sis who put money in bank so checks i already wrote,thinking i would be depositing it yesterday,wont bounce,other than her im screwd,i have no one to turn too.everything will be shut off before i can get new check!what would you suggest i do?

Get direct deposit.  I know for a fact SSI offers it.  

Your biggest problem is probably your water.   100 years ago people lived without electric, cable & internet.  Water is like less than 20 bucks per month.  you can afford to pay that.  The rest you can do without.

Have you called the social security office?  They might be able to help.  Unfortunately, being a holiday weekend, you can't call them until Tuesday.

Don't know what ADC is, but is that included with your SSI check?  If it's another agency, I'd expect they'd be mailed separately - are you saying TWO checks are missing?  When were they due to you?  Maybe the mail is just running late.

When you get this mess straightened out, why not set up for your check to be direct deposited into your bank account so this can't happen again.
