My son (who is 10) playes football. He needs to gain 2.5 pounds by Saturday for official weigh in. He has drank ensure, weightgainer 2200, he eats pasta, and peanutbutter. does anyone have any quick weigh gainer tips that we can use or a great magic drink that he can drink to magically put this weight on for weigh in?

    Don't listen to the one below me that just increases your chance of a heart attack on the football field.


  2. Oatmeal and drink as much water as he can before weigh in. Make sure he gets rid of it before he plays. LOL

  3. Alright what you need to do is drink any protein shake that builds weight but not fat, which is important, hope I helped, thats what I did.

Well, he'd have to consume 8750 more calories than he burns over the next few days.  That's a lot of food.  For example, thats almost two large stuffed crust Meat Lover pizzas at Pizza Hut or three McDonalds meals of a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries, large chocolate shake, and a large soda.  Rembember, that's extra food on top of whatever he's already eating.  Chances are he can't eat that much or, if he did, he'd get other problems that would cause him to lose more weight.

    Or, if he drank a half gallon of water right before he weighs in that would do the trick  He just has to hold it in.  Just be sure you weigh him before you leave the house and have him drink just over a pint of water for every pound he needs.

    This would be a good week for him to play as many video games and watch as much TV as he wants.  No playing outside with his friends or running around the house.  He has to conserve those calories.


  5. Try drinking alot of liquid (not to the point to were you drown, but a good amount) that way he can gain water weight...That way you have more time to gain those 2.5 pounds...or eat McDonalds everyday...

  6. Go to McDonalds and for meals eat 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The double cheeseburgers are 510 calories each and a large fry is 500 calories. When I graduated high school I weighed 170 lbs. Within a year I weighed 280lbs mainly because of the double cheeseburgers from mcdonalds. Also have him eat and late and go straight to sleep. Although this is not healthy, he will gain the two pounds byt saturday. Good Luck!

  7. eat right befor he goes to sleep. eat big meals. mcdonalds may be quick but its not healthy. ur good with the pasta and shakes. dont let him p**s or take a dump before the way in
